Umarangkada na sa Barangay Sta. Cruz ang programang “Munisipyo sa Barangay” ni Mayor Rolly “Ur Da Man” Sacdalan kasama ang mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan sa pangunguna ni Vice Mayor Dok Toto Deomampo kung saan inihatid ang mga serbisyo ng mga departamento at iba pang ahensya ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Midsayap.
Ayon kay Mayor Rolly, layunin nitong magbigay ng pangunahing serbisyo para sa mga Midsayapeño upang hindi na sila kailangan pang pumunta sa Munisipyo. Narito ang mga serbisyo at bilang ng mga nakabenepisyo ngayong araw sa programang ito:

Santa Cruz kung saan ito ay kasalukuyang inaaksyonan ng pamahalaan sa pamamagitan ng road clearing, gravelling, repairs and maintainance. Ang programang ito ay gagawin dalawang beses sa isang buwan katuwang ang Provincial Government ng Cotabato sa pamumuno ni Provincial Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño Mendoza.
